這裡比鎮裡安靜，旁邊就是美景，有馬場、全地形車場，也更實惠！最重要的是，我能説他的服務是最好的之一，賓至如歸的感覺！👍👍 Mr. BEMIS溫和又機智，幫介紹的馬場、熱氣球的安全性、服務內容和性價比極佳；21日凌晨等候車接飛球時，前台另一小夥子主動熱情地介紹熱氣球情況和得體的攀談，打破候車的無聊；離開早晨卡帕突降大雪，上午NAV卡帕機場返回IST上午航班全取消，我緊急改到開塞利機場返回，以及時回國，另一工作人員趕緊call自己哥哥一大早爬起來冒雪趕過來開Taxi送去。謝謝你們！ 我並不是要説她各方面都無可挑剔，比如少部分設備稍陳舊，然而這些賓客服務，對旅遊者很重要，甚至稍微超出預期，而且卻並不經常這樣得到，所以非常值得起我們對她的選擇，值得讚揚和鼓勵👍👍 It’s much quieter here than in town, surrounded by stunning views, horse ranches, and ATV tracks—and it’s more affordable! Most importantly, I can honestly say the service is among the best I’ve ever experienced; it truly felt like a home away from home! 👍👍 Mr. BEMIS is both gentle and witty. The horse riding and hot air balloon tours he recommended were excellent in terms of safety, service quality, and value. On the morning of the 21st, while waiting for the balloon shuttle, another young man at the front desk was incredibly proactive and friendly, sharing insights about the balloons and keeping me company with pleasant conversation. On my departure morning, Cappadocia was hit by a sudden heavy snowfall, and all morning flights from NAV to IST were cancelled. To make sure I could catch my flight back home, I had to urgently rebook to Kayseri Airport. Another staff member immediately called his brother, who got up early and came to hotel then drove the taxi parked by hotel last night through the snow to get me there. Thank you all so much! I’m not saying the place is flawless—some facilities are a bit dated—but this level of guest service is vital for travelers. It exceeded my expectations and is a rare find. It truly justified our choice and deserves high praise and encouragement! 👍👍
